​Dr. Nardecchia is a lifelong Connecticut resident who was raised in Orange, where he attended Turkey Hill School, Amity Regional Middle School, and Amity Regional High School. Following high school, he attended Albertus Magnus College before transferring to Life University, where he completed his prerequisite coursework and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating in September 2001.

From an early age, Dr. Nardecchia developed a passion for athletics. He competed in both basketball and baseball at the varsity level throughout high school and continued playing both sports during his time at Albertus Magnus College. The discipline, perseverance, and teamwork he learned through athletics continue to shape his patient-centered approach to chiropractic care.
 

Chiropractic has been a part of Dr. Nardecchia’s life since childhood. He was introduced to chiropractic care by his parents, Rita and his late father, Tony, who have been dedicated chiropractic patients since the 1960s. Growing up in a family that valued natural health inspired his lifelong commitment to wellness.

Licensed as a Connecticut Chiropractic Physician in February 2002, Dr. Nardecchia has proudly served patients for more than two decades. In September 2004, he founded Back Care Centers LLC with a commitment to providing compassionate, individualized chiropractic care focused on helping patients relieve pain, restore function, and achieve lasting health. Through his dedication to clinical excellence and personalized treatment, he has earned the trust and respect of patients throughout West Haven, Orange, and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Nardecchia and his wife, Angela, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), have been married for over 20 years. Together they have three children: Nicco, Nina, and Rocco. Nicco competes in NCAA Division III Track & Field, while Nina is an NCAA Division II collegiate basketball player. Family remains at the heart of everything he does, both personally and professionally.

Although he resides in Orange, West Haven has always held a special place in his life. His parents lived in West Haven and graduated from West Haven High School, creating strong family ties to the community he has proudly served for many years. Dr. Nardecchia is also proud of his Italian heritage, which has instilled in him the values of family, integrity, hard work, and caring for others.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University, he remained committed to expanding his clinical knowledge through continuing education. He completed advanced accreditation in the diagnosis and treatment of whiplash injuries through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, enhancing his expertise in evaluating and treating patients involved in motor vehicle accidents.
